Ricardo leads enterprise strategy, innovation, and federal acquisition with more than 20 years of executive experience supporting agencies including the Department of Justice, USPTO, and the Defense Contract Management Agency. He has overseen programs valued at more than $500 million and led over 2,400 federal acquisitions, and serves as the company's principal intellectual property and innovation strategist. Ricardo is a Service-Disabled Veteran of the U.S. Army, 3rd Infantry Division.

James sets technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation direction across cloud, cybersecurity, systems engineering, and infrastructure modernization. He works closely with executive leadership and client teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions for government, commercial, higher education, and research clients.

A retired Navy Cryptologic Technician Networks Chief with nearly 18 years of service, Jerry currently supports the Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review as a subject matter expert for network and cybersecurity design, implementation, and operations. His background includes network support for the NSA and Naval Strike Warfare Planning Center. He holds a B.S. in Cybersecurity from UMUC and certifications including CCNP, CASP, CEH, and CHFI.

Michael brings more than 24 years of telecommunications and information systems experience, with deep expertise in network and configuration management across hybrid, on-premise, cloud, and edge infrastructure. He has rebuilt departments through team facilitation and consensus-building, and holds CCNP certifications across Security, Collaboration, Enterprise, and Wireless, alongside ITILv3 Foundations.
